Columbia c/o 2010

Arrggh, I just found the stats for Columbia's incoming class of 2008 (both J-Term and Fall). Apparently only 32% of the class is women. That's a disaster. The link is below:

I've heard that J-Term is always disproportionately men (even in b-school terms) though. The weird thing is that I heard women were about 35% of the latest incoming class. I don't like how we're starting to trend towards MIT (close to 30%) instead of HBS (close to 38%) in that respect. Maybe that's another reason to apply to Stern. 42% !!

Max,
I love love love statistics... I remember when I first discovered the Marvel Universe Series II trading cards and finally purchased the whole set of 200 cards for $35 as a 10 yr old. I memorized the weights of every hero and villain in that set! Did you know that TienyChesney loves 67% of all statistics he comes across?

HappyB,
We all like shiny things, don't we? :P If I wind up going to Stern, maybe it won't be so bad afterall... I do remember the summer info session that I attended at Stern had the cutest lookers.
